We're seeking one passionate, reliable person to join our established team this September, covering overflow work across the beautiful Tameside and Peak District area - specifically Hollingworth, Tintwistle, Hadfield, Mottram, Broadbottom, Charlesworth, Chisworth, and Simmondley.
About This Opportunity:
This role is perfect for someone with a genuine love of dogs, great attitude, and willingness to learn the responsibility of caring for beloved family pets. You'll be providing professional care for 1-3 dogs at a time while exploring stunning countryside locations.
What The Role Involves:

Physical outdoor work in all weather conditions throughout the year

Full responsibility for pet safety and wellbeing during walks

Working independently with complete autonomy over your methods

Building trusted relationships with our loyal pet families

Walk durations ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours

Flexible, job-by-job basis covering overflow work
We're Looking For:
Someone who genuinely loves dogs and has the right attitude - physically fit, resilient, and passionate about animal welfare. You'll need flexible availability (weekends would be great but not essential), your own reliable vehicle, and the maturity to handle the responsibility of caring for other people's beloved pets.
No previous professional experience required - we value the right mindset and willingness to learn above all else.

Getting Started:
All new team members begin with a 4-week trial period where you'll establish your working methods within our agreed safety standards, with guidance and support available as you learn and grow into the role.
Earning Potential:

£12-20+ per walk (depending on service type and number of dogs)

Weekend bonus: Extra £1.25 per 30-minute slot

CPD course completion bonus: £0.25 per job
